There are a lot of ways that Fujifilm could improve based on what other brands are able to do. But for the most part, I also truly believe that Fujifilm is a leader when it comes to one particular style of cameras -- rangefinder-inspired camera bodies.
Compared to the film compacts that we used to have in the 80s and 90s, digital compact cameras are slightly larger in size. Much of that concerns the lack of retractable lenses in high-performing, smaller-sized, fixed-lens digital cameras these days.
