Corel has released an all-new update to AfterShot 3 that will enable users to take advantage of ParticleShop's groundbreaking Particle Brush technology. This marks the first time Mac-based photographers can integrate ParticleShop with their Corel photo workflow.
The ParticleShop plugin comes with 11 effects including debris, fabric, hair, light, and smoke. It will become accessible after users download a free upgrade for AfterShot 3. 1.
Corel also announced a Photo Brush Bundle to compliment ParticleShop. The package includes a RAW Photo Editor and Artistic Brush Plugin that provides an additional 40+ brushes to boost creativity to the next level.
AfterShot Pro 3 previously caught our attention when it was found to be significantly faster than Lightroom, adding ParticleShop accessibility will likely tighten the gap further between the two leading photo editing programs.
The free 3. 1 update is available for registered AfterShot 3 and AfterShot Pro 3 users on PC and Mac. The Photo Brush Bundle is available separately for a special 30% discount at US$69. 99 here.
