London based street and documentary photographer, Christian Cross, attended London's anti-protest on June 13th. Several groups of far-right protesters were fighting against the removal of several statues around the UK.
Unfortunately, peaceful protest soon escalated into violence, with many people injured because of it. Although Cross himself managed to leave unscathed, he did see another photographer beaten and bloodied. . thephoblographer.com
It hit me when being a few feet away from him and hearing his conversations: there will soon be a day that the world loses incredible photographers like Jamel Shabazz.
