Casey Neistat has once again captured the internet’s attention in an epic holiday trip to Lapland that sees him literally being flung around by a giant custom drone! The shoot lasted four days and required multiple cameras and crew to capture Neistat’s flightpath during the few hours of daylight they had available.

In the closing scenes, Neistat is seen jetting into the sky to shoot a spectacular aerial Christmas photo with a Samsung Gear 360 camera.

The video comes one month after Neistat announced his exit from daily vlogging to spend more time pursuing creative challenges, which, by the looks of it, has clearly paid off.

Neistat’s new CNN content deal will see the influencer start a new media brand for the company in 2017. Judging by this mini sponsored Samsung stunt, we’re willing to believe that Neistat’s creative flair won’t be hindered by boardroom discussions once the partnership kicks off.
