We still don’t know if Fujifilm will bring the Eterna Film Simulation to the other X-Trans III based cameras. There has been some hinting that the X-T2 at the very least may get it, but for now, there is no official confirmation that any other cameras will be getting it.
The other edge of the double-edged sword that is Fujifilm’s strategy of constantly updating and upgrading their cameras through firmware updates is that there will be bugs that make it through the QA process here or there.
When moving over to a new camera, especially when moving from a completely different system, there is always a bit of a learning curve while you figure out the menu and discover how you work best with the camera.
