Canon has registered another camera to the CMIIT (Chinese Ministry of Industry and Identification). The model is identified as DS126904. It's being reported that it's WiFi 5 and Bluetooth which would tend to make this a lower end model.

Today, Canon released their financials for the first quarter of 2024. Overall the company's sales increased for the year, but operating profit was down. SIGMA has announces which lenses will be coming to the RF mount in 2024 and the first one will hit the market in July of this year. The cavaet? Just like the initial launch of Z mount lenses for Nikon, they first round of lenses for the RF mount from SIGMA will be for APS-C.
