Zeiss has announced the new Batis 40mm f/2 CF (Close Focus) lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras, a product the company calls “the most versatile lens in the Zeiss Batis family. ” Sitting between the Batis 25mm f/2 and the Batis 85mm f/1.
The newest Zeiss Batis lens has officially arrived. It’s a ‘compact, lightweight, top-quality’ 135mm f/2. 8, but what it’s lost in weight it seems to have gained back in dollar signs.
