Astrophotographer Andrew McCarthy, whose fantastic work PetaPixel has featured many times, recently captured an incredible photo of a rocket launch from right near the launchpad.
McCarthy's lens was destroyed in the process, but the resulting image looks well worth the steep price.

Generally speaking, there are very few Canon RF lenses that I don't really like. Some of them, like the Canon RF 24-105mm f2. 8 L, just don't make a lot of sense to me. But this is a small prime lens and offers good image quality without being the equvalent of reverse osmosis water the way that Sony is.
Unlike DLSRs, mirrorless cameras have innovated technology so much, which allows one to get speedy autofocus for fast paced photography. These cameras help photographers not just shoot moving subjects, but some go a little further, helping you get better results when photographing people of color.
Mirrorless vs DSLRs is a debate as old as the medium, with some preferring the former, while others prefer the latter. In more recent weeks, we have seen the rise of a third option, compact cameras, which are claiming larger shares than intended.
